The farm is divided into:

5 cultivation rooms with sliding tables
1 room with three-level cultivation racks
Drying room with finished product storage
Irrigation room
Technical rooms

Each cultivation room (6 in total) and the drying room have independent climate control. Integrated climate and irrigation control is carried out using a modern climate computer.

The container farm has been used to grow CBD and CBG as part of a research and development project.

A container farm built from six 40′ HC containers serving as rooms for cultivation and two 20′ HC containers serving as corridors – as infrastructure to be built on two floors.

The facility is adapted to conduct a full cultivation cycle: from seed to mature, harvest-ready plants. The ground floor (level 0) houses three flowering rooms, each equipped with:

movable tables/growing beds – allowing operation across the entire table space
air conditioning system – for temperature control
lighting system – 10 x 100×100 cm LED Full Spectrum 640W lamps suspended above the tables with adjustable height, brightness, and operating schedule (in each of the 3 growing containers)
tubes from the drip irrigation system
temperature, humidity, and CO2 concentration sensors
dehumidifiers to control humidity
air mixing fans

The yield of each grow room is approximately 150 plants x 80 g = 12,000 g/container/cycle – 108 kg of dried product per year from 3 containers.

Management and configuration

The entire crop can be controlled manually or automatically – by regulating light, CO2, water, and fertilizers. Conditions in the containers are continuously monitored and can be read and controlled from a computer installed inside.

In addition to three cultivation containers, the first floor has rooms designated for:

“Nursery” – a room with three-tiered shelves – a place used for sowing, germination, and the vegetative phase of plants (and additionally, the mother plants from which clones were taken)
drying room – a room where plants were taken after harvesting and where trimming took place after drying
irrigation room – there are tanks for drip irrigation of each room
2 R&D rooms – each ¼ the size of a normal grow room. They are separated from other crops, so they can be used for experiments, seed creation, testing new genetics, keeping mothers, etc.
